01 · your why — the real one, stronger than the discomfort

your why.

What do I want social media to do for my life?
Make me the leading female voice in investing and capital — and the front door to my ecosystem, so capital, deals, and the right people come to me instead of me chasing them. Turn attention into an owned audience (newsletter, community, fund interest) that compounds like my portfolio does.
What would change if this actually worked?
Doorbells fills with warm investors DMing "INVEST," not cold outreach. Capital Conversations becomes a real distribution moat. I stop trading time for reach. Every room I walk into, they already trust me before I say a word — the brand does the pre-selling.
What am I tired of tolerating that this could change?
Being the best-kept secret. Doing $19.4M in real deals while louder, less-proven people own the audience. Starting from zero in every DM. And 18 months of opening the camera and closing it — overthinking instead of posting.
Who am I doing this for beyond myself?
The woman I was 3 years ago who thought investing was for other people. My team, whose income scales with the brand. My mom — now my angel — building the legacy she doesn't get to see. And the next girl who needs proof a Black woman can own the whole stack, not just a rental.
This matters enough that I'm willing to feel uncomfortable because___
the dream is $100M, and the only thing between me and it now is visibility, not competence. I've already done the hard part in private. Being seen is just the next rep — and I don't quit on the dream.
02 · goal + positioning — what am I actually trying to do here

goal + positioning.

What am I trying to accomplish with my content?
Become the leading female voice in investing + capital — known for actually raising and deploying money, not just explaining ETFs. Build an owned audience that feeds Doorbells, Capital Conversations, and Investor's Diary. 10K YouTube subs, daily LinkedIn authority, IG as the hub.
How am I trying to make money (or do I not know yet)?
I know exactly. Content is top-of-funnel for: Doorbells private credit fund (accredited interest → IR), Bell University mentorship + JV, Capital Conversations / Investor's Diary (community + Snail Mail Club), and brand/speaking deals. Content doesn't sell — it builds the trust that makes all of it close.
Who am I trying to attract?
Accredited + aspiring investors who want real-asset-backed, fixed returns without becoming operators. Ambitious women building wealth who want an investor bestie a few steps ahead. Operators + agents for the ecosystem. People I'd actually want at my dinner table — driven, warm, allergic to fake gurus.
What do I WANT to be associated with? talk about those things
Ownership. Capital. Real assets. Private credit in plain English. Soft power / grown-woman energy. Discipline, wealth, peace (Hot · Rich · Happy). "An investor who owns an ecosystem nobody can unbundle."
What do I NOT want to be associated with? don't talk about those
Get-rich-quick, hustle porn, "Rich Girl" cosplay, syndication / waterfall / promote language, flexing without receipts, crypto-bro energy — anything that costs peace.
Will I like the people my content brings into my life?
Yes — because I'll show up as the disciplined, warm, receipts-not-hype operator I actually am. Soft power attracts soft power. If someone needs me polished and perfect, they're not my crowd, on purpose.
03 · my 5 pillars — guardrails, not a cage · refreshed for Q3 2026

my 5 pillars.

Tightened from the old five. Each does a different job — treat my offer as one pillar, never all of them.

1
The $100M Climb · personal / curiosity · the through-line series
Building a real-estate + private-credit empire in real time. Imperfect action, 1% better than yesterday. The journey people follow to watch a $100M portfolio get built.
2
How Money Moves · value · my white space
How money actually gets raised and deployed — private credit, real-asset-backed returns, what investors really evaluate. Plain-English, receipts. The lane almost no woman owns.
3
Wealth for Women Who Want It All · value / relatable
Investor-bestie financial literacy — from first $1K to allocation to owning assets. The accessible on-ramp. The "Rich" lane of Hot Rich Happy.
4
Hot Rich Happy · relatable / personal
Discipline, health, soft life, peace — the human behind the operator. Grown-woman energy. Joy is the new flex. Soft power, never hustle porn.
5
Behind the Deals — Investor's Diary · curiosity / value
BTS of real deals, founder + fund breakdowns, the ecosystem being built. Operator credibility and the premium, intimate lane.
the through-line
"An investor who owns an ecosystem nobody can unbundle." Different pillars, one message: ownership + imperfect action + soft power. People are watching me build $100M in real time — and I'm bringing them along for the climb.
04 · story bank — humans connect through stories. I have more than I think

story bank.

My origin story (the real version, not the polished one):
Pandemic, stuck, turned $4K into $600K+ trading options from my couch — then realized paper gains aren't freedom, so I put it into real estate. ~$1M first year wholesaling + flipping. Lost six figures trusting the wrong people. Kept going anyway.
3–5 failures + what each taught me:
① Six-figure loss trusting the wrong partners → vet character before capital. ② Cosigned millions for a partner who betrayed it → never build shared business with emotionally unsafe people. ③ 18 months opening & closing the camera → competence without visibility is just a secret. ④ Self-funding everything early → it capped my scale until I learned to raise. ⑤ Too many lanes → 2026 is fewer things, bigger impact.
3–5 wins with actual numbers / receipts:
$4K→$600K options. ~$1M first year in RE. Scaled 20 → 142 units. $19.4M AUM / 140+ doors. Raised ~$10M from my network in a year — one investor dinner produced $7.1M. Put my own $286K into a 17-unit deal. Structured a $1M seller-carry. 24+ countries.
Client / investor wins — transformations I helped create:
Investors earning real-asset-backed, fixed returns with priority repayment — not promises. A Bell University mentee running their own flips (~$400K JV). Capital Conversations readers taking their first real investing action after years of "someday."
The moment everything changed:
2022, Miami, Grant Cardone's event — I realized self-funding caps scale. I walked out deciding to become someone who raises capital, not just someone who has it. Within a year: ~$10M raised.
My 'past life' — the lens nobody else has:
Options trader first. I read risk, probability, and downside like a trader — then apply it to hard assets. Most real-estate people don't think in probabilities; most finance people never owned a door. I've done both.
What I'm currently going through — the story still unfolding:
Year 3 of the $100M climb. A 2026 reset — rebuilt the business clean, betting everything on visibility and one disciplined ecosystem instead of ten scattered things. Raising Doorbells Round 1. Learning, at 33, how to be seen.
05 · beliefs + hot takes — people follow for perspectives, not information

beliefs + hot takes.

What everyone saysWhat I actually believe
"Real estate is passive income."
Nothing that pays is passive. It's a business or a liability. Own the operating company, not the myth.
"Raising money is about the pitch."
It's 90% trust, 10% pitch. People wire on character and track record, not your deck.
"Diversify into everything."
Alignment > access. Fewer, higher-quality bets you understand beat a scattered portfolio.
"Hustle harder."
Comfort is expensive — but so is burnout. If it costs peace, it's too expensive.
What pisses me off about my industry:
Gurus selling courses on wealth they never built. "Passive income" fantasies. Men treating capital like a boys' club. Syndication hype dressed up as safety.
What advice I think is actively harmful:
"Quit your job and go all-in with no runway." "Buy any door — appreciation will save you." Get-rich-quick anything. Chasing virality instead of building an owned audience.
The hill I'll die on:
Own the ecosystem, not just the asset. A moat beats a portfolio. One bad market wipes out anyone whose pieces don't protect each other.
What I believe that nobody else is saying:
A woman can own the entire stack — deals, capital, closing, data — not just a few rentals. The real flex isn't a big portfolio; it's an ecosystem nobody can unbundle.
My predictions — "I think we're going to see___":
Private credit + real-asset lending eating what banks used to do. AI-run operations becoming the operator's real edge. Audience owners (not reach renters) winning the decade. More women moving from budgeting to actually allocating and owning.
My unapologetic takes:
Boring, predictable, repeatable money is the goal — not flexy money. Peace is a KPI. You don't attract what you want, you attract what you are. Joy is the new flex.
06 · my person — ideal-follower clarity isn't a demographic. it's one person I could text

my person.

A past version of me:
Me ~3 years ago — sitting on trading gains, sensing real estate was the move, but intimidated. Over-researching. Sure "capital raising" was for men in suits. Knew I was meant for more, kept overthinking instead of moving.
A real person who already gets it:
The women in my DMs and my Capital Conversations readers asking "how do I actually start investing" — smart, ambitious, tired of being talked down to.
The vibe — who I'd actually want to chill with:
Driven but warm. Builds hard, but the point is to enjoy the ride. Big heart, low ego — will hype you up AND call you out. Believes the big things live on the other side of discomfort. Someone I'd want at brunch and in a deal.
What they're into:
Good beats, real conversations, travel, wellness + discipline, building something of their own. Grinding toward the goal but refusing to be miserable doing it.
The feeling I want my page to give off:
"She's a few steps ahead and she's actually pulling me up." Grown, grounded, luxe-but-real — receipts without the flex.
I'm talking to the person who___
knows deep down they're meant to build real wealth, is done overthinking, and wants an investor a few steps ahead who keeps it warm, real, and receipts-first.
Who I'm NOT for:
Get-rich-quick chasers, hustle-porn bros, gurus, anyone who needs me polished and perfect, people who confuse chaos for depth. Not my crowd — on purpose.
my person is
A driven, soft-powered builder who knows they're capable of a LOT, refuses to settle, and will move scared. They want a life that feels aligned and enjoyed, not just achieved — proof it's possible, and a bestie a few steps ahead.
07 · their inner world — speak to who they are when nobody's watching

their inner world.

5 pains my ideal follower is feeling right now:
① Making decent money but it isn't turning into wealth. ② Drowning in conflicting finance advice — don't know who to trust. ③ Feel locked out of "real" investing (funds, capital, deals). ④ Watching less-qualified people get louder while they stay invisible. ⑤ Tired, but scared to slow down — success feels like it has to cost peace.
5 things they're thinking but NOT saying out loud:
"I don't actually understand where my money goes." "I'm scared I'll never catch up." "I feel behind for my age." "I want to be rich AND soft — not grind myself to death." "I'm smarter than the results I have."
5 things they've been told that aren't working:
"Just budget harder." "Buy a rental, it's passive." "Hustle 24/7." "Diversify into everything." "Wait until you know more."
The EXACT words they use (messy, not correct terms):
"I want my money to actually do something." "How do I even start?" "I don't want to be broke and pretending." "I feel like I'm behind." "I want the soft life but I also want to be rich."
What they're secretly afraid of:
That they're not smart enough for this. That they'll get scammed. That they'll wake up at 50 having played it safe and small.
Their fears, dreams + desires — with emotional precision:
Fear: being left behind, being conned, losing peace to chase money. Dream: owning assets, boring-consistent income, freedom to travel and rest, being the financially powerful woman in the family. Don't want: hustle porn, being talked down to, another guru. Want: a trustworthy investor bestie a few steps ahead who shows the real climb.
08 · voice + positioning — what I bring · how I sound · the one sentence

voice + positioning.

What I know that most people in my space don't:
How capital is actually raised and deployed at scale (~$10M raised, $19.4M run), how to trade risk and probability, AND how to operate real assets with AI. Most people pick one — I've done all three.
Mistakes I see people making all the time:
Chasing virality over an owned audience. Selling before building trust. Preaching "passive income." Raising with a deck instead of a track record. Scattering into ten lanes.
What I'm actively learning right now — the journey in real time:
Raising a $20M fund. Becoming the leading female investing voice on IG. Building an AI-run command center to operate the whole ecosystem. Learning to be visible — and to stay soft while doing hard things.
How I naturally talk:
Warm, conversational, voice-note energy — like texting your investor bestie. Confident without salesy. Strategic but human. Soft power, never stiff.
Words + phrases I always use:
"your investor bestie" · "own the ecosystem, not just the asset" · "imperfect action" · "1% better than yesterday" · "the climb to $100M" · "alignment > access" · "if it costs peace, it's too expensive" · "joy is the new flex" · "boring, repeatable money."
my positioning.
Business
I help ambitious investors and investors-to-be put money into real-asset-backed, fixed-return opportunities and build real wealth — as an operator who actually raises and deploys capital, in plain English, with receipts.
Personal
I talk about the climb to $100M, capital, and building an ecosystem, through the lens of a disciplined, soft-powered woman doing it in real time — to attract driven people who want to own assets without losing their peace.
The one-liner
"Not a woman who flips houses — an investor building an ecosystem nobody can unbundle, showing you the climb to $100M in real time."
★ · my 5 muses — from 39 saved, the ones to actually study

the muses to study.

Picked to push my white space (capital) + my format engine — not the crowded girl-finance lane where I'd be one of hundreds. Full wall lives in the Inspo Vault.

bonus lane I can actually own
AI-run operations (@tolaniav, @shelby.wholesales, @coffeecontracts). I don't just talk about it — I built a Claude command center. That's rare proof.
